Service to Many Leads to Greatness

What a great quote for a headline. Jim Rohn quoted, Service to Many leads to Greatness… Wow, now that hit home to me. When I heard Jim speak about this on a CD, I listened a couple of times.

 Service… What is Seviceing? Serviceing is providing someone something of value, without asking for anything in return. Now that is something we don’t see much anymore. This is a value that I provide everyday. Serviceing others through listening, giving and everything to make someone else’s life better. It is who I am.

This is what will lead to greatness. Providing someone with Value to help them to provide others the same value  is a greatness no amount of money could buy.

We need to study this, practice this and to teach others how to help out our fellow human being. We ALL deserve Greatness.

Thanks to Jim Rohn and his many philosophies, that have helped me to empower others to pay this forward in life and in business.

Business & Family — How to Work them Together

Learn how to incorporate your business and family together. Begin by working on yourself personally and then as you are listening to conference calls or company calls, take the headset off and put your phone on Speaker so that everyone can hear.

We all decided to begin a home business because we wanted more FAMILY time and money. Why not let your family help out. Children can do so much to help you in your business and so let them. Do your personal development with them and watch them grow into great leaders as well.

Micro-Managing – Don’t be a Victim

Don’t be a Victim of someone who is Micro-Managing YOU. Your Team or your business.
If you feel that an upline or someone is taking charge of your business, telling you what advertising  to do who who’s links or urls to promote, then “STOP IT”. They are trying to build their own list and to get your organization on their list as well.

If they tell you when to run your orders each month, or ask you for YOUR Credit card number so that they can take care of your month requirements for you, DON”T DO IT.

This article is for those who have been in Network Marketing for some time and find that they keep hitting road blocks or obstacles that prevent them from moving forward. If you have a team, these exercises I would recommend you have them do in order to know who is serious and who isn’t. These little secrets are what I have picked up along my journey to success and I have applied to my organization to help those who truly wants and deserves success.

Secret One:
Professionals get paid. Amateurs do not.

Performance step; amateur activities.

Please list the amateur activities which, up to now, you have been engaged on a daily basis.

Record the following commitment:

Until I have prospected__________ new affiliates and./or_______new customers each day, I will not engage in any amateur activities.

Get Daily Updates For the first 30 days.
To Find out who a Person “REALLY ” is.

This should be emailed to your sponsor on a daily basis for the first 30 days.

1) What I did today and what results I got.
2) Problems or challenges that came up
3) Questions That I have.

Sponsors should read them as well and respond accordingly

Secret Two:
Rich Networks work harder than Amateur Networks

-at least two hours a day.

ex: two hours before the day or before you go to bed.

Performance:

Purchase a calendar and record the numbers of hours you will work sponsoring and retailing each day for a month. This will show you those hours.
During those hours, turn off all distractions.
At the end of the day, review your activities to make certain you worked the plan.

Three:
Rich networkers are proud of Network Marketing. “Amateurs are not.”

Performance step.

One page essay entitled:
Why I’m Proud to Be a network Marketer.
read your essay each day until you believe in it.

Four:
Rich Networkers are motivated by “no Limits” Amateurs are focused on fringe accomplishments.
Focus on earning bigger checks, not on achieving higher pin levels.

Performance Step:

Establish a one-year financial goal for your business that will allow your family to enjoy life.
Write it down.

Five:
A rich networkers philosophy is “success through elevating others.
An amateurs philosophy is “only the fittest survive.”
Find one person and help them to get to the top.

Six
A Rich networker measure success based on both return on investment an monthly income.

Seven
Rich networkers have a simple three word strategy for success:

Just Don’t Quit.
Amateurs self sabotage before the finish line.

Performance

Write a one page essay entitled “Why I Just Won’t Quit!’
Have it edited and framed. Place it next to your essay entitled why you are a Proud Network Marketer.
Get your team to do this and have them submit it.

We are looking for business partners.
Learn to be a great pointer. (pointing people to websites or to calls)

This will free up time and we all know how precious our time is.
