What a great quote for a headline. Jim Rohn quoted, Service to Many leads to Greatness… Wow, now that hit home to me. When I heard Jim speak about this on a CD, I listened a couple of times.
Service… What is Seviceing? Serviceing is providing someone something of value, without asking for anything in return. Now that is something we don’t see much anymore. This is a value that I provide everyday. Serviceing others through listening, giving and everything to make someone else’s life better. It is who I am.
This is what will lead to greatness. Providing someone with Value to help them to provide others the same value is a greatness no amount of money could buy.
We need to study this, practice this and to teach others how to help out our fellow human being. We ALL deserve Greatness.
Thanks to Jim Rohn and his many philosophies, that have helped me to empower others to pay this forward in life and in business.

Orrin Woodward shares with us what is the next step after developing a routine of personal development. He shares that we must begin to implement what we learn and take actions on what we learn.
Success is a choice and it takes actions to reach it. Stay focused on your dream and don’t let anyone tell you, you cannot achieve it. Remember this. Successful people do what unsuccessful people are not willing to do.
Thank you Orrin for your inspiration and dedication to making a difference in everyone’s life.

What is the greatest leadership challenge of all? It is Choice.
Consumers are overwhelmed by choices. Have you tried to buy a new computer lately? So many manufactures with several different makes and models to choose from. Then to top it all off, you must choose between Dual processors, how many gigs of ram, and so on.
Leadership is no different. It starts first with the choice of wanting to be a leader. Titles or positions do not make you a leader, it’s a personal choice. Once you make this decision, you must look at yourself. Look at your skills and abilities. This is both physical and emotional abilities too. Also, you need to look at the opportunities in your work place. There will be a number of directions you can begin to lead yourself and others if you look for them. You must determine what is your priorities and a course of action. Then you must ACT!
People come into my mentoring program and expect to be the expert. They are not in a leadership position nor do they hold a leadership title in their organizations. They know in their heart that they have more to give, but isn’t quite sure how to go about it. I tell them they had already taken the first step by looking for a mentor. Someone who will guide them to where they want to be.
It all begins with clearing the clutter in the mind. Once you are able to identify what it is the is holding you back, then you can proceed to creating an action plan and acting on it. This will have the greatest impact on the organization.
Above all other things in life, you have a choice. It’s what you do with your time that counts. Working with a mentor, someone who will show you what is needed to reach the success you are after, is a key component to Your success. NO one can become a leader on their own. You have to develop the skills and follow in the footsteps of people who have been there and done the work.
I am actively applying my leadership skills and teaching others in my Network Marketing Opportunity and developing leaders within my organization. Having a plan and taking action on it, is the key to building long term residual income.
I wanted to share some basics on Visualization. I heard alot in this industry about visualization and how this can be an important part in one’s success.
We all desire to be successful however if we don’t believe we deserve success it will be hard to visualize what success would be like. So start by believing in YOU and the rest will make some sense.
I have been listening to Richard Brooke’s Mach II with your Hair on Fire CD and it is Incredible. Richard shares so much in how he reached the level that he is at today. Imagine hoping in your own private jet to get to work. WoW!! But then again his work is everywhere.
Here is what I have learned that I need to focus on in order to begin to master the art of visualization.
1) All Phrases are Positive
whatever you speak about has to be positive, no negitivity in at all.
2) All Phrases are Present Tense.
speak your vision in the present tense with positive words.
3) Phrases describing you are in the first person
speaking of your vision beginning with I or we
4) Clarity gives the vision POWER!
give the details of your vision.
5) Emotions, tones and energy provide clarity to your vision.
It only takes a moment to Motivate. Keep it Positive.
So get clear on your vision and put emotions and details with it. See it clearly enough to speak your vision into reality.
Hope this helps you to get started on Visualizing your dreams into reality. If you need more help, please feel free to contact me anytime.
Are you Uncomfortable about things you do? I know I am. It is apart of life that we were taught as children. Some things we were told to do and we really didn’t want to. However we did them right? Yes. We all have had to do something we didn’t like to do as children.
I was at a business event this past weekend and saw alot of people doing things that I could clearly see they were not comfortable with. Stepping out of their comfort zone so to speak.
Making new friends is not always comfortable to some people, but we do it. If we do not make new friends or associates we simply lose out on education that they can provide for us. You have knowledge of things that I have not learned about and I have things YOU have not learned or heard about. I have learned to ask the questions to get the answers I was looking for. Again stepping out of my zone.
It was an experience to see when someone did step out or got up on stage to be recognized and didn’t really want to. However once they did and they smiled, they really felt alive! Self – Confidence was glowing in them. It was a step out of the comfort zone and into another area of their life. A feeling of accomplishment.
So what I learned and want to pass onto you is “Do what is Uncomfortable now so you can experience the Comfortable later” Focus on being where you want to be and doing what it takes to get there. That also means doing some uncomfortable things like, talking to people, advertising your business, making new friends, organizing a home meeting or starting a local breakfast club. All these things will have to be done in order for YOU to reach the level of success you DESERVE!!!! Yes you deserve success and you are important to people.
If you need any help understanding more about comfort zones you can read the book the Slight Edge by Jeff Olson and learn how to apply simple concepts into your life to get you to experiencing the Real Comfort Zone!
Having a Mentor and a Team will help you to reach the success YOU are after. Contact us anytime, We are here to help.
Did You Know That Your Why is Your Road Map to Your Success?
You must learn how to drill down into the ‘core’ of your heart and uncover your WHY (Core Desire) for this is the switch to that unstoppable Conquering Force that resides within you.
We have a foolproof way for people to accurately identify their “WHY” . If you have a 60 on the Why (Core Desire) scale then you will get to 60% of your Goal. The day that there is an obstacle bigger than your Why (Core Desire) it will stop you as surely as a dam stops the water from flowing.
To discover your WHY (Core Desire), you must pay very close attention to your TRUE feelings that you experience as you ask yourself two basic questions.
The first question gets you started toward identifying your Why (Core Desire) and the first answer or two is rarely the real answer.
1: ‘What Would I Like to Have That I Don’t Currently Have?’
The Second Question Really Gives You Your Why (Core Desire):
2: ‘If I Had That, What Would That Give Me That I Don’t Already Have?’
Keep asking yourself that after each answer until you get to your Why (Core Desire). You will know when you discover your Core Desire because it is always accompanied by an intense, (sometimes emotional), reaction. You will know it when it happens. Whys (Core Desires) are the only reason people succeed at anything.
Master this, and you will live a life full of joy and satisfaction.
Please do this exercise for yourself and your family. You will see that not only will your business begin to grow, but so will your life. To learn more about how to participate with like minded people who will teach you more about how to become the person you need to be for others to follow, then participate in our 30 Day Cleanse that will help you to stop the chatter in your mind so that you can develop Your WHY.
You Deserve Success,
