Educating NEW MLM Distributors in 21-Days
My good friend and mentor Tom “Big Al” Schreiter sent this out and I know it will help someone who is struggling with getting new distributors off the ground.
There is a lot for new distributors to learn when they get started. Here is a 21- Day Plan that will help them with less frustration. Here is what some distributors in MLM companies have to learn……
* Product information.
* Compensation plan information.
* How to order products.
* How to take a customer’s order.
* Who to call when they have questions.
* Where to find the best prospects.
* Cool things to say to avoid rejection.
* How to stay organized.
* And lots, lots more.
This can be overwhelming if dumped upon your new distributors on day #1 of their career. So pace the information with an autoresponder.
Set up an autoresponder with 21 separate messages, with one message delivered each day. Have each message introduce one new piece of training or information for that day.
Bite-sized chunks make it easy to slowly digest what they need to know when they first get started.
Tom uses Aweber.com for his newsletter and for his autoresponders, but there are many good autoresponder services, just google them and find one that works for you.
And the good news is this. Once you have created your 21 messages, you’re done! Everything runs on autopilot from then on.
If you are in need of any help, feel free to contact me anytime. It is alot of fun when your business is running on autopilot.
