People who build strong downlines have some sort of system in place and follow principles taught by the system. By spending time working with them in their living room or by phone half way around the globe, then counseling them on either a weekly or monthly basis – they develop friendships that will last them forever.

When you follow this process, you create a culture of trust and support, so your people come to you when they need you. They seek your advice, and, more importantly, they will duplicate what you do. They will build huge downlines just like you taught them.

Exponential Growth, This is what everyone is working towards. But it starts with YOU growing into Leadership and then teaching it and coaching your Leaders to do the same. Duplication is a big part of Exponential Growth.

Building a huge downline happens when you have a system in place, and you work with your new people, teaching them the skills they need so they can go out and duplicate what you do. And they duplicate the same process with their own people, Like anything you do, there are skills and techniques you can learn that will make things go faster.
